A slender leafless shrub with a drooping habit. Long bright green needle like branchlets (leaves).
One of our quickest growing shrubs, this is useful as a pioneer plant in a revelation area or for some fast growing foliage and screening. Lasts for up to 10 years after then needs replacing.
Long drooping sprays 20-25cm long of spectacular bright yellow pea flowers during Oct-Feb.
Can be used as a dam border plant, swamp plant or even in dry areas. In a garden setting it is very desirable for use around pools, overhanging over the water.
