Once your order is submitted we will do our best to promptly put together your order (Usually within 24hrs) and leave it at the Plant Stand located at the front of our Nursery (261 Rhinds Rd, Wallington). It will be marked with the Order number and your Name to be picked up at your own leisure. Please note larger orders may be left in the Nursery to be picked up, in this case we will contact you.
2. Local Delivery
We do offer a local delivery service for orders over a minimum of $10 in a radius of 10km from the nursery. The cost for delivery is $10. For large orders Local Delivery may not be Available we will contact you if that is the case.
3. Domestic/Interstate (Parcel with Sendle)
Our current courier service is via Sendle. We pack your order into a suitable sized box and then bag your plants up after they have had a heavy water. With this method we cannot guarantee the plants health after we send them with the courier. We do our best to pack them for longevity, however depending on the conditions or delays in postage the plants may be effected. Sendle also makes it known in their policy that they can't cover any damage that may happen to plants whilst in transit. At this time we don't have any insurance options for parcels.
States that are not covered for Interstate shipping include: Tasmania, Northern Territory and Western Australia. At this time their quarantine measures for plants may incur additional fees. If you email us we may be able to enquire for you how much it will cost to ship interstate.
4. Custom Shipping Enquiry
Using this method we can get a quote for you from a Specialised plant transport company such as VanBerkel. This is the safest option for transporting plants as they specialise in transporting plants over long distances. If your order is quite large this may be an option for you. Please note it is usually the most expensive method of shipping compared to parcel shipping. We will contact you via email when we have the quotes ready to review.
