Erect bushy spreading herb covered in flattened short white bristly hairs.
Leaves with tiny teeth (not sharp) followed by long drooping flower spikes full of tiny pinkish red lantern flowers.
Found in The Ocean Grove Nature reserve underneath trees in woodland.
Can be mistaken for Sheep Sorrel a noxious weed, Look at the leaves to tell apart as flowers may look similar.
Height x Width: 10-30cm x 20-40cm
Conditions: Moist to dry, well drained soils, full sun to semi-shade. Grows well underneath trees and around other plants.
